REFUND POLICY

ABOVE AVERAGE STRIVES ON CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND IN SO WE DESCRIBE EVERY ITEM TO THE TEE IN HOPES OF GETTING YOU THAT UNIQUE ITEM YOU ARE LOOKING FOR.

All sales are final upon shipping the item, so if you wish to cancel your order you must request to do so before the item has been shipped in order to receive your full refund. For example the item is broken  or if the item has not been received past the final 6 weeks due to a clerical error.

Please note that the tracking information shows up 5 to 10 days after the item has been shipped!

     Please understand, that some items are shipped from overseas and our estimated time of arrival could be anywhere from 1-6 weeks, depending on the item. Items may also be shipped in separate containers: reception of refunds could defer based on policy of your bank.  Receipt of refund may take anywhere from 1-7 days although confirmation email will be send immediately. If you have any questions or if you qualify for a refund send us a message or contact us through Contact Us form.

Please note, that we are not responsible for the manufacturer's content and when you bought the item and opened it - we don't provide any refunds. Please read reviews before buying the item! Also you should see if you have any allergies before using cosmetics or masks. Do not ask for a refund based on the content!

If you have not received your item, please let us know 6 to 9 weeks after the purchase was made, after that time frame we no longer give a refund.
